Today we need to take a moment to understand the meaning of this holiday. Granted it is filled with cook-outs, fun memories with family and friends. But it also a day meant to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure that we remain safe within our homes, the men and women who have died to protect our country. It may not be perfect, but this is home.
